When people ask me what I do for a living, I tell them:

I am an executive coach for leaders and sales professionals.

But what I really want to say is:

I create dynamic training and offer creative solutions that people love because they are easy to use and produce results!

And what I really, really want to say is…

I HAVE THE SECRET SAUCE!  I LOVE helping people find their true north; my rocket fuel is to educate and empower others to use their talents to make a difference in the world, to inspire others and be bold by taking risks! When passion is unleashed, extreme results always follow!

My initiative and curious nature has enabled me to travel, grow and learn in some of the industry’s best sales and leadership teams. As a result, I possess a unique perspective and understanding of every branded hotel tier. From Luxury, Boutique, Resort, Airport and Convention to Suburban, Limited Service and Residential, I am able to offer solutions to meet the specialized needs for each niche.

I can walk the talk… having served in many diverse properties as Director of Sales and Marketing, Area Sales Champion, Divisional Director of Sales Trainer, Pre-Opening and Hotel Transition teams. My additional Regional and National Sales responsibilities have enabled me to quickly assess situational needs, implement effective strategies and deliver compelling results! This achievement has been recognized with awards in Service Excellence, Best Sales Performance, and Sales Team of the Year as well as the recipient of the Best of the Best Director of Sales in two different nationwide hotel brand tiers.

My passion to help others achieve their own success took center stage as I eagerly accepted the challenge of revitalizing the sales training program for 2200 learners in the Americas for one of the world’s premier hotel corporations.

During this transformation, we created and implemented a complete suite of integrated training tools and resources that were offered in a variety of mediums to appeal to our blended group of generational learners. From innovative on-line, virtual training, and reinforcement tools to “real” world experiential simulations, these agile and relative solutions generated impressive performance results.

After some soul searching, I decided that I want to have a greater impact in the lives of others and not just limit my expertise to one brand (or industry). I want to share my successes (and failures) with others to shorten their learning curve.  So why not offer my insights and experience as a forum to help others?
